​Therapy sessions are held via video with phone or computer with your therapist or nurse practitioner.

Sessions are held with Google Meets HIPAA compliant platform which is secure and protects your privacy.  

Virtual/Telehealth therapy studies show it is as effective as in person therapy.

Unlike other online therapy services, we file your insurance so the cost is minimal in most cases.

On the day of your appointment, your provider will send the Google Meets link to your email and you simply click on it and begin your session.

NOTE:  you must be present in Mississippi at the time of the session.  State laws require your therapist to be licensed in the state you are physically present in at the time of the session.  All of our therapists are licensed in Mississippi.  Destinee and Ashley are also licensed in Tennessee.  Trish is licensed in Mississippi and Maryland.
