Mental Health Intensive Outpatient
Program
Sometimes once a week or so therapy is just not enough. Bobby Scott & Associates now offers a Mental Health modified Intensive Outpatient Program for adults eighteen and older. MIOP can help if you are struggling with: depression, anxiety, complicated and unresolved loss/grief, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD symptoms, ADHD, mood disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder etc. (Note: some substance abuse clients be admitted based on an case by case basis and approved by staff; For example, clients who have their primary diagnosis is mental health and secondary is substance abuse).
​​Patients will learn DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and other proven skills and techniques to more effectively cope with stress, emotions, etc.
Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays.
Time: 6:30 pm-8:30 pm.
How Long: Four weeks.

Who: Adults ages 18 and up.
Cost: This program is private pay however, it is similar to
most insurance deductibles.
